He destroys a prime De La Hoya. KO in 8 easy. Did you not see him knockout Ortiz? Best right hand in the sport ever. No way golden boy stands up to that kind of power.

Edit:Even Emmanuel Steward and Jim Lampley said that they think that nobody can beat Mayweather at Welterweight.

Ok? so that's his opinion. What does that mean, Floyd shouldn't fight anybody? This is the problem with Floyd, you can make all these claims about how good he is but the fact is he doesnt have the resume to back it up.

Honestly i think hes a ATG talent, and possibly the best fighter of his generation.
And i think he should be rightfully the favorite vs Pac.

But it drives me absolutely crazy how people can justify him not fighting anyone for years on end and put him as a top 25 ATG and current p4p nr1.

The amount of time i hear the "he would beat him easily anyway" seriously if that was the case maybe he should fight these easy fights and collect his 30 mill each time.

Im not a Pac fan either but atleast he did bother to fight Cotto, Margarito, Clottey + all Mayweathers victems.
And thats why if they do not endup fighting eachother and they would both retire right now Pac would be regarded higher on the ATG lists.

Your only as good as who you fight. it's easy to say someone is amazing when they look good fighting inferior opposition. Floyd didn't exactly look invincible gainst Castillo and an over the hill Oscar. In fact, he's looked pretty ordinary against some B-level competition too. As a fighter, I don't see this amazing, versatile, boxing god that other people see. I see a really good, ultra talented fighter, but I also see plenty of plenty of flaws. I see bad habits, and I see a beatable fighter. I think there's a good reason he avoided fighting the big welters like cotto, margarito, Mosley (when he was younger), and a prime Pacquiao, because he knows damn well these guys had a good shot of beating him. Floyd's career after moving up to WW is one of the most blatant examples of cherry-picking you'll ever see. Juist look at all the top guys at or around his division at the time and then look at the guys on his resume, it speaks for itself. I can't ever give Floyd the type of credit other people do because he simply hasn't fought anyone to give credence to claims people make /end of story.

There is more money in making people actually believe you can compete with Mayweather then actually fighting him.

An old DLH stood up to that power easily. The young DLH that could take bombs from Tito and Quartey would laugh at Mayweather's "KO" of Ortiz. A younger DLH took the same shots from a younger Mosley that older Mosley had Floyd wobbling over.

Steward also thought a welterweight like Cintron would be able to beat Mayweather. :yep

    Agree pretty much with everything.
On a side note that avatar is like action fight fans wet dream.
And while i am not 1 of those guys that says Pac cant win any fantasy fights i do think Duran eventually kills him from round 8 on.
Too relentless with too much power and overall superior technique, especially with Pac having a poor inside game and that speed wont keep him safe all fight.

Love or hate him Oscar had a ATG chin, Oscar was quite shot vs Mayweather and those punches didnt do anything.
Hell shot to **** and drained Oscar still did not wobble vs the sick beating Pac gave him.

I honestly feel if they did not pull him out he would have endedup with serious brain damage because he would have stood there for another 4 rounds or so.
