Mayweather is a bad man, and I for one dont mind waiting for him to produce a masterpiece. It takes a year to build a RollsRoyce, but when its ready, its READY!!! AND THERE IS NO DOUBT IN THE PEOPLES MINDS , THAT THEY ARE BEARING WITNESS TO THE GREATNESS OF FLOYD MAYWEATHER.

It was espn live 20 mins after Floyd's tweet and ran across on the ticker the entire day!!! Dan Rafeal was on Espn all day talking about it. Kevin Iole wrote an article that day saying the boards on websites all over lit up with Floyd vs Oritiz talk.

ESB went crazy with 5 threads with people trying to be first to annouce the fight. *******s made most of the threads.

Exactly!!! You are exactly right about everything you said but the point that the TS is making is that with everything you are saying that's true, people still choose to constantly talk about mayweather, track his every move, claim to hate him but follows him on twitter etc .... Rather than talk about these active boxer that is actually contributing to the sport.

Why are *****s so insecure about Floyd's popularity ? It's not normal to obsess over another grown man's popularity and salary, especially when than man doesn't know or care about you..

This influx in *****s has exposed them as being insecure and quite pathetic.

Why do i have issues???? Seem like you are the one with the issues. The truth hurts and it seems to be digging at your mental. Everything i said is true and it seems like you have a problem with reality. You can not refute anything i have said so you in turn take a dig at me personally.

You mean here on ESB where *****s are desperately trying to keep this guy "on the top"? Nobody gives a **** about Floyd outside of the hardcore boxing fans dude. If he was so popular, he'd have endorsement deals, but fact is nobody gives a **** about this guy, outside of boxing forums at least.

Most people just want to see him lose...Except the blacks who supported O.J. Simpson because of course his trial was 100% race and nothing else. Those people are the same ones who support Mayweather. People that are blinded by the color of there skin, and think anybody with a different color is out to get em.
Sad thing is most of them have no $, but support a man who flashes it everywhere he can.

I don't mind Mayweather much...I probably dislike his sheep of his fans more than anything (for the reasons I stated). The man is a great defensive boxer who uses his mouth to sell fights because he's to boring to sell his fights the way somebody like Pac does (by going to war).
If it weren't for his mouth 90% of the people whom watch boxing would never know his name. He's an exceptional boxer, but not an exciting boxer. If he were to fight better opposition, and not blatantly duck many fighters (he retired when WW was red hot with Clottey, Cotto, Margarito, Mosley, etc), and then comes out of retirement when pac beats the guys he was SUPPOSED to beat himself.
I'll stick to watching his fights on HBO the following week after the PPV (I'd never buy a Mayweather PPV)...

Yeah he gets good numbers, but his apperances are rare. If he'd fight more often such as Pac his numbers wouldn't be quite as good (Mayweather does have the whole spectacle type thing going on, and of course with his long layoffs the public that want to see him lose think he's going to be rusty, shot, and finally lose).
Plus, he is American. I find it funny how people say he does so much better than Pac, but Pac is a Philippino!! Mayweather a black american...Blacks are behind him, Americans behind him (or want to see him lose..either one), and of course Mayweather is a great con-artist when it comes to adding drama to the fight.
With Pac he brings no drama, and not much of a country backing him that support with PPV #'s!
So Mayweather beating Pac by a little bit in PPV isn't that impressive to me.
