i see it the same way, but there are those out there who are saying floyds intentions are not genuine. that somehow...he sets it up so that only he is able to bend and manipulate the rules in his favor. i don't believe that.

bottom line....testing wouldn't be an issue if he didn't make it one in the negotiations with pac. no one else was talking about it prior. no one else made the push he did. whether his system is flawed or not...he's the one that took it a step further than everyone else. good to see the other fighters follow suit.
