You sir/madam...are clearly in need of some counseling. Might I suggest taking a long break from the forum? It's obvious your obsession with Floyd Mayweather Jr. has taken you to the brink of insanity.
In boxing there is no team so most common fans or people gravitate towards his or her race. **** I still jam MJ and drink OJ.....:rofl:mj :smoke
indeed, once demand outstripped supply, but your manipulated natives comment suggests you were explaining the origins of the slave trade. slavery already existed, and those initially purchased were already slaves. and my words "shameful" and "abomination" should tell you all you need to know about my "agenda", unless you harbour your own.

Class dismissed? shouldn't this statement be preceded by something of worth? My point was "Aboriginals have it much worse than blacks" in response to a bold statement that no race has it worse than blacks directly above my post. you write a lengthy and factually poor post stating "its not about who has it worst". Logic nonexistent? correct. Lets move on. Slavery of blacks isn't an unparalleled disaster, get over yourself. Slavery still exists in multiple countries, female mutilations at pre-teen age by their elderly owners, **** of young virgins due to a belief that it will cure aids, the list goes on and on and on and on. Black slavery started with black slave owners selling their excess slaves to european traders. That is a FACT. Black slaves were treated as commodity by their black owners, and then by white owners. blacks are treated as subpar human beings up to 100 years ago? You call this educating? I know that, everyone knows that. But here is a fun fact: Natives ARE STILL TREATED AS SUBPAR HUMAN BEINGS, TODAY. I never called the fight for human rights "screaming on the corner". I called what you are doing right now "Screaming on the corner", trying to pretend that blacks were the only people ever wronged. What about white farmers being murdered in south africa? What about palestinian children held at gun point, americans dropping bombs on vietnamese, afgans, etc etc etc. ALL THIS IS HAPPENING NOW, or within a decade. My point still stands: When it comes to social injustice, blacks fought hard for their rights and are currently well on their way to becoming the privileged race in US. You get a great number of scholarships (this is a fact, I am a graduate student and didn't qualify to any because as a middle eastern/eastern euro mix I wasn't visible minority enough.), education funds, widespread representation in media, multiple watchdog groups that exist solely to attack any racism, real or imaginary, only against blacks, you have jesse jackson as a public figure CAUGHT REDHANDED extorting money from corporations like Coca Cola because they didn't meet the black quota in their workforce. Affirmative action gives you an unprecedented advantage over other races, and once again, the president of united states is BLACK. Oh and to finish this off: African americans still have their native country, AFRICA, intact and under their control, while they LIVE ON NATIVE AMERICAN GROUND THAT Was obtained via murder, **** and genocide of native american population! To contrast: There is no native president or a high standing native official. There is no homeland: their home is occupied. There is no affirmative action, no media representation, no natives only high achievement classes, nothing. If you were a human rights activist and not on agenda to help yourself and your own race exclusively, you would realize this simple fact, and fight for the rights of the most abused race in the world. Or, you know, keep complaining how blacks have it the worst. Basically, the usual.
His entire post was just emotional mambo jumbo, strung together in an attempt of an argument. But calling him out on it will make you a racist, be careful.
There's nothing in my use of the word "natives" that would imply I was explaining how slavery began. You misread and misunderstood my comments, and figured you would 'enlighten' me. Your reference to my "extensive research" reveals that much. I am aware that the institution of slavery has existed among humankind (not just in Africa) long before the transatlantic slave trade. My purpose was not to draw a timeline. It was to point out that it cannot be summed up, trivialized, or written off, simply because there were some native Africans who were complicit in providing slaves to Europeans. It wasn't some joint business venture between Europeans and Africans, that led to untold millions being stolen from their native lands to serve as chattel slaves for hundreds of years in the lands stolen from the Native Americans. It was a holocaust for the millions who died in transit, whose corpses were thrown into the Atlantic, and a diaspora for those that survived. I agree... "shameful" and and an "abomination" indeed.
Firstly, there is nothing in my post that said African-Americans were the only ones ever wronged. Because, then it would come across more like your post, trying to explain away, and belittle the struggles of African-Americans in this country, to support your own argument. The freedoms many (not just African-Americans) enjoy in this country to pursue a college of their choice, a career of their choice, even a restaurant of their choice, etc. are largely due to those very same struggles, for basic human rights. Your rant about these "unparalleled advantages" that you claim African-Americans enjoy in this country is off-base and comes across as resentful. Affirmative action protects the rights of ALL minorities in the workplace, to not be denied opportunities on the basis of race or gender. Because, that still does happen. Or did you not know that? The fact there is a president of any race and gender, besides white and male, is progress in this country where that station has always been denied women and people of color. Here's a Fun Fact: Jesse Jackson does not speak for all Afican-Americans.
I am the last person to play the race card, I am a staunch fiscal conservative but I can't help but notice that the hate Floyd get's is racist. and this is why: Racism is not about saying "I hate this type of people, or this type of skin color." Racism has changed, racism is that you are perfectly content to see Floyd Mayweather Jr as a successful Boxer. But seeing him as his own Boss, own promoter making moves on his own terms, that doesn't sit well with alot of you racists, that's why you hate him. Not because he is a champion but because he is his own boss and answers to no one. So when he says "All money ain't Good Money" I am sure he knows what he is talking about. As a Mexican dude, the only time I have felt racism, is when I joined the Country Club, and my kids starting going to private school. :deal Floyd is the epitome of what closeted racists hate, a black man that is not where they feel he should be. Closeted Racists love African Americans and Mexicans in their place, they like the Black Man in the Ghetto and the Mexicans in the Barrio. The minute they come up to their level financially or surpass them like Floyd has, then its a problem, makes them uncomfortable than bitter than angry, than comes the hate, hence all the smack talking calling him names, he's a ducker, he's a loser, he's a fraud, he's this, he's that. But when he was getting robbed by Bob Arum as pretty Boy Floyd he charming and people liked him. Now he is is own boss, they hate on him. There is an under tone of racism in all this hate, deny if you want but it's there. Haters stay racist, stay ignorant, all I say now is I hope Floyds gets money, creates wealth, and builds a legacy for his children and their children for future generations come. NO ONE HAS GIVEN HIM ANYTHING, HE EARNED HIS
Wow. To publically state that Black folk in America are 'well on their way to becoming the privileged race in US' is asinine. Your understanding of the impacts and vestiges of slavery and racism in America, both past and present, simply does not line up with reality.
