Thats fair but I would say top 20 lightweight even though he looked the worse in that division. At 140 H2H top 10.
Listen up!!! I am a PBF hater, pure and simple. BUT in my opinion there is only one guy that would beat him everytime out at 130: Alexis Arguello, and there is certainly no shame in getting your ass handed to you by El Flaco Explosivo.
Arguello wouldn't beat Floyd IMO. Hand speed would be a major factor as would Floyd's ability to defend against Arguello, who was accurate and lengthy but not very fast really.
I'm assuming it's a 15 round fight. Over 12 PBF might take a decision, but I can't see him avoiding that right hand for a full 15, and with alexis it only took one.
Arguello is one of my favorites, but I just can't see it. Its a stylistic issue. Now Camacho, he could have done what Zab did but mantained it longer. This matchup intrigues me very much.
You have me interested in Camacho-Floyd now acb!! But Zab did have that power that was snapping back Floyd's head early and bothering him, Hector wont have that, still very interesting though.
What he does have though is a great jab, explosive speed, great lateral movement, and the discipline to mantain his effort over the stretch. My interest is in how Floyd deals with the kind of speed he brought to the table, and most importantly, in combinations that Zab would not commit to. Furthermore, Camacho would have been moving side to side, darting in with combinations, giving his little step off to the left mid-combination, and would have never stood in front of Mayweather and been walked down like Zab allowed him to be. Finally, Camacho's power was good at 130lbs. :smoke
