I'd say top 50 off the top. Don't get me wrong, I put him in the realm of guys like Ali, Roy Jones Jr., The Sugars, etc as far as God given talent and potential are concerned. Top 10 in fact. The problem is, in boxing, it takes much more than that to go down in history and be remembered for years to come as an all-time great. He is lacking heart, warrior spirit and courage. His reasoning for ducking many fighters is money. Either way he is making millions. A true warrior has a personal vendetta and something to prove to himself. Everything comes back to "if the money is right." If he were a warrior he would fight the likes of Moseley, Cotto, Pac, Margo, etc just to assure himself that he is the great he constantly says he is. He claims to be the best ever so he should have no problem running through anyone EVER, past or present. The GREATS fought anyone and everyone with a bring it on attitude. I could make a better argument for De La Hoya being higher on the list, factoring the gold medal, and resume as well as popularity and I don't even like Oscar. Shoot, Salvador Sanchez took more risk than Floyd ever will and he only lived to about 22 or 23. Then think of guys that fought over 100 times like JC Chavez, SR Robinson, and Archie Moore. Even Ali fought way more than Floyd and thats factoring in his prison sentence. Floyd needs to run through the likes of Marquez, Pac, Cotto, Sugar Shane, Margo, etc, then I will have no choice to put him top 10 ATG, wheteher I like it or not. Til then a top 50 fighter who never had the balls to reach his full potential.

I take it this list is based on a H2H perspective and not accomplishments, but if it is Im still trying to figure out how you could have Chavez anywhere near this list let alone on it.
