The interview he is discussing, I saw - 99% of it was basically Mayweather saying that he's ready to sign the Pacquiao deal, as soon as Pacquiao agrees to full random testing.

Pacquiao fought Cotto and Margarito, on the basis that they were old names, who could pay him a lot of money!

Mayweather didn't fight them, as he could face old names who could pay him a lot of money.

The equivilant of these Mayweather fights, for Pacquiao, is Tim Bradley, Sergio Martinez and guys like that.

He's doing the same as Mayweather.

Names change, but both Pacquiao and Floyd just fought old, big money names, who weren't legit challengers

If Rick Rockwell was brave enough to post the actual interview, you'd have seen Mayweather spent quite a lot of it, saying he's ready to sign the deal the minute Pacquiao agrees to full random testing.

He also stated clearly that the reason the fight hasn't happened, is because Pacquiao won't agree to full random testing.

Why didn't rick report this?

Floyd spent most of it, talking up a Pacquiao fight, and stating he was happy to take the fight as soon as the drug testing is agreed on.

What does Rockwell do? He censors all of that, and only posts a quote that makes Mayweather look bad.
