Not as shocking to me as reading this post from a high ranking ESB *****:

Pretty-good read...but written by a "BASKETBALL WRITER" who in the words of Roger Mayweather..."DON'T KNOW **** ABOUT BOXING!"

I can't understand this "ride or die" attitude when it comes to Mayweather. Floyd is clearly out there for himself only and doesn't appear to give a **** about the fans.

    As for Ellerbe's quote:
"At this level, for Floyd, it's not about belts. It's about fighting for his legacy and it's about money."

Yes, its clearly about money. He's called "money" Mayweather for ****'s sake.

Is it about fighting for his legacy? No. He doesn't want to fight at all at present.
It's more likely about fighting to protect his legacy.

As much of a **** that he is, Floyd is a great fighter, but without facing (even losing to) Pacquiao, he can forget any comparisons to Sugar Ray Robinson or Muhammad Ali.

It doesn't take a boxing expert to identify a vacationing ducker.

...which makes it even worse because even a casual fan knows that Floyd is ducking. At least Haye's duck of the Klits is only known to the hardcore boxing fans.

    kevin blackistone.

in writing, he's been pretty balanced when it comes to all things floyd-pac.

but on Around the Horn he has said flat out that floyd is afraid of pac.
