floyd said point blank he would fight Margarito. Instead he went and retiired. We know why.

floyd was given many opportunities to reach the top. and via well selected fights he got there. but he selfishly won't give those very opportunities he deservedly got, to those now who deserve them (Margarito, Cotto, Williams). floyd will only fight second raters who he knows can't beat him.

Cotto, Margarito and Williams are being denied the opportunity to become household superstar names because floyd is a coward hiding behind the guise that he "doesn't need Margarito" Cotto or Williams. Pure fraud from a fraud.

Paul does need Tony, its simple Tony has won two major world title fights since lossing to paul beating a rising superstar in Miguel Cotto and doing so in great fashion.

While Paul has simply avenged his loss and fought a string of nobodys, The truth is in order for Paul to reclaim anything he needs Margarito none of the fights he is taking will do that for him including his fight with Winky.

Floyd has not proven himself at 147 name on top ten fighter at welter weight that Floyd fought in their prime and beat? :think

I know, he doesn't need to prove that MARGARITO is the real WARRIOR and tougher to beat. He doesn't wanna tarnish his winnings. I understand his predicament. At least MAYWEATHER know his limitations. Just stay ******ED, I mean RETIRED. He can just SWAGGER how good he is 'coZ nobody can prove him WRONG if he'll just stay in the cave. Too bad. :hat

What do you mean by top 10? Baldomir at the time of the Floyd-Baldomir fight, was considered by ring magazine to be the champ. Zab Judah was ranked #2 in the world by ring magazine at the time of his defeat. So your saying "top 10" would depend on your source. Ring magazine usually has some pretty fair rankings.

floyd walks into the MGM for a big fight he'd get a smattering of applause.

Margarito walks into Mosley vs. Mayorga and he gets a huge ovation, the biggest of the entire night.

People are smart, they know the truth when they see it. And they know when they been sold a fraud.

So why the **** was he in the division to start with if he wasn't looking to be the best in the division, my point entirely, he wanted to enter the division and pad up his record with a few hand picked lower tier welterweights then bow out the sport before a real challenge came his way. and to answer your questions

He has proved himself to have skill but as a boxer, in my opinion your not the best unless you fight the best and as he hasn't done diddly squat at 147 he dont deserve no accolades, if he remained at 130 then yes but he sold his stupid arse game when he started to talk smack without backing it up by not taking these fights with fighters he claimed to be able to beat, i.e. Mosley, Cotto, Margarito, even Williams. Come on now, the guy is a ****ing fraud...
