    What difference will it make, if he beat Mosely, people will only say he was old. If he beat cottl, people say cotto was ruined by Margarito. if he fight Pac and whoops his ass, people only say he came in at 170 pound and was the bigger fighter.

    I disagree. Most people, even some who really don't like him much, gave him plenty of credit right after he KO'd Hatton. Even Steve Kim who is one of his biggest critics gave him props. Dito for Larry Merchant.

    Beating either Mosley or the Pac-Cotto winner would definitely top that feat, and he WILL be praised, believe it.

    But you know what? Even it i wasn't sure he'd get the credit he desrved for beating the guys i mentioned, i'd still not accept that as a legit excuse for Floyd not to fight them.
