From his recent training videos, he's working a lot on strength from what I see

I can see him getting that vicious KO this time around

Floyd Mayweather, Jr KO8 Marcos Maidana

Marcos gets stopped for the first time in his career this time.

Floyd is looking real sharp this time.

TBE is willing to put his life on the line vs Maidana. No worrying about his health...Maidana is in trouble.

Marcos isn't getting stopped. If Ortiz can bounce him off the canvas and he still finishes strong Floyd isn't doing anything with him.

come on dude, last time floyd scored a ko he needed 2 free sucker punches to knock out glass jawed ortiz. we all know mayweather is not gonna risk going in for the kill, if anything he will fight going away and use his footwork and potshots to get a decision.

Lol jinkee cried and begged pac to stop fighting for his own health care. You act as if boxers don't take risk going in the ring, we have had fighters die from a single blow. Yet you want to call other boxers cowards or critique them because they show concern for their well being. Your a idiot, I'm sure you would be koed by a simple jab from pillow fist chris

I'm sure you were one of the ones crying for pac when he looked lifeless in the ring after ktfo6

Floyd is a smart guy. He's always thinking inside that ring, and takes a very practical approach to the sport. He's not a big puncher, but he is a sharp, accurate puncher. He doesn't force the issue, he takes the openings that are there. If he gets Maidana hurt, he'll try to finish him off. However, he's always going to be defensively responsible and he's not going to go all out trying to get the knockout. The safe bet is obviously Mayweather by decision. A stoppage will only occur if Maidana gets caught bad in the right spot, at the right time.

Difference: his wife or mother worries for him. Mayweather worries for himself.

he can get a counter KO, but his hands are brittle. He won't get one by punching Maidana until a KO.
