where do you get this ridiculous range of 70-100 mill? you have no math to back those numbers up so stop throwing them out like they mean something ... dela hoya solo promoted and had the lions share of the biggest fight ever and made just over 50 mill

i said floyd should fight pac @ 50/50 for the legacy alone, but that is not the smarter business decision ... i guarantee you that he will make more money fighting cotto than he would fighting pac @ 50/50. just like arum makes more money off his in house fights

    floyd will like

Whats this new twist that its not up to us? These two could get murdered tomorrow and no one would genuinely give a ****. I couldnt give a **** if this fight happens or not. All Im saying is 50/50 is the consensus. Are you trying to be the contrarian type?

Of course he will make a lot against Mosley, I believe Mosley made what?, $12 million?

Mayweather is like a vulture. He knew Mosley wanted a big fight because of his personal situation so he took advantage of it knowing Mosley would agree because he was unfortunately desperate.

He's trying to do the same with Pacquiao though Pacquiao's not desperate to agree to all the nonsense.

floydiots are really good at "owning"

perfect floydiot-logic: the best in the world! :good

sdsfinest22's offer to pac = "60/40 manny can have it" :rofl

floyd's offer to pac = 40M and 0% of PPV revenues :rofl

I really admire you, sdsfinest22! You're more than willing to fight Pac than the "self declared king of boxing" :good

nope, actually i'm putting my money on Floyd! I think he'll outbox Pac. That's my opinion even if I'm a *******. But your Champ is just something else, he really makes perfect sense :rofl

Learn the sport? Another floydiot-logic from you! I don't know **** about boxing! On the other hand, last time I checked, we'll both pay for the same prices of tickets as well as PPV rates.

Keep burning that keyboard, lawyer/gym-owner/boxer/former champ/boxing writer/did I miss something? :rofl (how about boxing negotiator?) :rofl

Why is there so much conjecture over something so simple?

Floyd rang Koncz, Manny was there, Manny asked 50/50, I agree to everything else you want but it's 50/50 - Floyd said no way.

    Floyd has consisentlty said this.

He is taking care of his business and negotiation and if Top Rank and Pacquiao tell him to **** off, they are looking after their business interests.

If Floyd's "average" PPV is higher, and Pacquiao just has plain more PPV sales, an extra belt and a position higher than Floyd on most reputable P4P and welterweight rankings listings, then it just makes sense to make Manny an equivalent deal.

This is not about ducking, not about legacy and not about who's fans can huff their mans balls while kicking the others the hardest.

    It's about money.

Isn't everyone tired about the back and forth? I know I find the whole thing a giant cluster**** that hurts my brain.

Until then, if Floyd doesn't stop Cotto then Pac fans will say he underperformed. If Bradely wins or gives Manny a tough time, Mayweather fans will point to that and say that Manny never had a chance anyway.

In the meantime the whole argument is beyond a joke. I even copped a ban for a week because according to the mods I've been trolling about it.

It's not me doing it - its Floyd and Top Rank and Manny trolling all the fans.

I can't believe how many threads and insults have flown over this bull****.

    Bor-ring.
