Yea I remember all that and I give props to Floyd and give credit where credit is due. Mosley was the #1 WW after he thrashed Margarito, but he was still the favorite because stylistically he was bad for Mosley. Maravilla is in his late 30s, but he's on the top of his game where Mosley despite being the top Welterweight in the world was NOT at the top of his game yet still good enough to stop Margarito and still good enough to give Floyd a good scare. Trust me bro Floyd WILL get his respect when he get by Sergio

Floyd fought top competition since 2006...last fighter not to be ranked in top 3 in a division and/or top 10 in the world was Mitchell.

It's just like the interview says reallly...put it this way...even if he beat Pacquiao, there would be someone else and he wouldn't get credit..YOU may give him credit...but they'd say Pac was too small.

Take the Mosley scenario....after he fought Marquez, they were saying he was scared of Mosley..as soon as that fight was signed, Mosley became "to old."

    :deal

Mosley was #3 lb 4 lb in the world--same as Sergio..not Floyd's fault that Shane didn't match up very well style wise...not what MOST were saying after the Marquez fight though:deal

Exactly...what's really wrong is that the media monster, ESPN does not tell the true story. They control the consensus view..If ESPN were to come out with the truth, then Floyd woudl get "due credit."

Fact-The last time Floyd fought an unranked opponent was Mitchell.

Fact-Last time Pacquiao fought an unranked opponent was Margarito in 2010...arguably Mosley as he was ranked #13 in the world and #6 at WW when Pacquiao fought him less than one year ago today:hat

Floyd, if you read this, screw the critics. They won't be happy until you take out Wlad and Vitali Klitschko. **** that. You can't silence the boxing ***s. Just take out the numbers ones in WW and LMW and you'll be good. **** the haters.

Why hasn't mayweather fought the best? Clottey, David Diaz, Marquez II, III and IV, Margacheato, Morales ...
