"I'm not a villain. I'm a great person. I'm a good person. I just like to, you know, trash-talking is just entertainment. I love to talk trash, but I'm a great person. I love everybody...people fail to realize I took a couple years off. I'm back in the sport of boxing and I just want to make my name in the sport of boxing; continue just to beat the best that they got out there," stated Floyd Mayweather Jr. as he spoke more about his future plans after his impressive one-sided victory over Juan Manuel Marquez.
Every story needs a Hero and a Villain and PBF plays the villain perfect. In fact i think he does the best job in the world at playing it. But if he wants true fans he needs to play the Hero something with the way he fights and who he fights wont be happening anytime soon. But credit to him because i loved Ledger as the Joker and PBF plays that part perfect. So we need him as much as he needs us.
PBF is doing less than Ali did. Ali was hated more at the time than Floyd, Ali was also more beatable than Floyd. It's like anything, people who can't analyse boxing will only respect a fighter as being good when they know where their breaking point is. If Floyd had a loss on his card, he'd probably be a much more liked fighter.
Thats not good to admit that infront of the public cause it might hurt Mayweather ppv buys in the long run.
Please everyone listen to the righteous Floyd. He says he's good and it's ok to trash talk. Let's all teach our children to follow the wise words of Floyd Mayweather Jr. and teach them to be disrespectful. I'll tell our local priest to spread those words as well. The world WILL be a better place. Floyd is our SAVIOR!
Floyd is not a great person. I knew the man personally. Arrogant ***** if there ever was one. Absolutely detestable man. That said, he uses it and gets tons of cash for doing so well. Add the boxing genius and I give him credit for doing great things and making a ton of scratch doing so.
All bull**** aside i think that Floyd is getting older and wiser and its just gotten tired of playing the villain and all the negativity that comes with it.
