    Define proper investment schemes?

    Putting you money in some special savings account where you make an extra 2% interest a year?

    People have lost millions in recent years on shares and property, both "legitimate investments"

    You can lose money doing anything.

    The risk is bigger in gambling, but so is the reward.

    Canelo beating Lopez will give you a 6% reward right now. Show me a savings account that can do that in 30 mins?
