Wouldnt you fight for your father if you had the power to change things? This has made me respect Floyd more and it's not narcissim.

Now Mayweather is just some saint who loves his father?
The guy he wouldn't let into training camp at one point?
This family is ****ed up for boxing politics.
They are terrible at capitalizing on Floyd's skill.

I recently had a change of heart about Floyd. And no it's not on some "he's a bad person" bull****. Manny has his own skeletons in his closet as does DLH, Cotto and many others(they're human, it's expected) I'm not fond of his arrogance, but it's not like he was the first arrogant boxer in the history of the sport(SRR was extremely arrogant...as was Ali) The arrogance is a plus when climbing through those ropes to do battle.

My biggest problem with Floyd recently was his contradicting logic on why he won't face the best percieved competition and his defamation of proved legends of the past who more than earned their dues in the squared circle. Citing steroids, losses, and lack of PPV earning power as reasons not to fight guys in his weight class(this reared its ugly head during Floyd's tenure at 147 lbs) are real turn offs to a true boxing fan like myself who wants nothing more than to see the best fight the best. Bragging about being better than Duran, SRR, and Ali I can live with under one condition: that you at least attempt what they did in leaving no stones unturned in their respective divisions to leave no doubt that they were the best. Floyd has reasoned his way out of the fights that would make the statement 'I am the best' ring out loud and clear.

Sugar Ray Robinson was considered one of the biggest pricks to ever lace up gloves. He was extremely arrogant, and greedy for a majority of money in his biggest fights. But he fought them all, took a few loses here and there, but came back to brutally make it clear to anyone he faced the fact that: He was THE BEST.

You can't say he's smart either. Floyd came out of retirement because he owes millions to the IRS, after retiring at age 30 as Floyd "Money" Mayweather, self-proclaimed cash cow and multi-millionaire and PPV king.

Here's another self made millionaire (60 million) dumbass:

Just be honest. If your father was in a sitution would you not try everything in your power to change things.Mayweather wasnt even a professional and he looked greatly to his father. How can a teenager who's trying to have his father at the biggest moment in his life be said to be narcissistic? He was representing his country and he thought the President could pardon his father so why not try.A pardon is not saying his father had not done it.
