    Exactly.

Mayweather wants the rematch more than anyone, obviously.

Public negotiations. Arum says Pac deserves more than 60/40 split. Floyd counters "That was my offer yesterday. Pac doesn't deserve a rematch." Translation call me when it's better than 60/40. I'm in the driver's seat.

Why not? He felt confident that he won the biggest fight in boxing in history... theres nothing wrong with confidence, but making excuses is another story!:deal

I don't think Pacquiao has earned a rematch. Floyd should fight Cotto or GGG.

Floyd - "He's a coward for doing exactly what I did."

"Mayweather said he tore his left rotator cuff two days before the first fight and couldn't throw a jab or a left hook. He had surgery following the controversial decision over Castillo and he said his shoulder is completely healed now. Castillo, a 3-1 underdog, said Mayweather was just making excuses. "His problem wasn't his shoulder or his hands," Castillo said. "It was the guy standing across from him."

There is approximately 0% chance Pac is getting better than 40-60% split, he won't even get 35%.

Completely fine, he's the one who needs the rematch, not Floyd.

Floyd has the upper hand, by a mile. :rofl

Well, that's the key to building interest.
They tried "Good guy" versus "Bad guy" for the first fight, and it worked.
But people who bought into that wouldn't want to see "good guy" lose again, so why not "bad guy" versus "bad guy" ?

It works for Mayweather, even though he came across quite well, 95% of people think he's a complete as$hole. Having a money-obsessed arrogant image, and being a serial woman-beating in real life will do that for you.
But people pay in the hope of seeing Mayweather get beat.

Pacquiao cannot beat Mayweather, so let's make him a "bad guy" too. A bad loser, a classless, undignified excuse-making, lying piece of sh!t. Probably was on PEDs too. People will come out to see him get beat worse, so he cannot claim he won again.

Truth is, these are the only two fighters in the world the masses of people know or care about.
Both are well past prime, Pac might even be completely shot now.
So they are going to get as much as they can before they retire.

    Yes, he's too prideful.

He won't get 30 against anyone. The worse he's gonna get is 50 with everything included.

Pac will be left sulking with 15-18 million dollars and with that loss lurking for the rest of his life. He will never get the satisfaction.

That will hurt him more than the money.
