Floyd Mayweather Jr. or Vasyl Lomachenko, who was better at 130?

Yet he couldn't drown Salido? Couldn't find a way. Let dude foul all night and couldn't adapt. Not sure he does much with Floyd to be honest.

Pac KOs Lomachenko. Easily. Styles matchup and power advantage.

    Like Floyd, Lomachenko ducked.

Pac was schooled by a shot erik Morales at 130. Loma beats his ass there.

Hernandez was destroyed by De La Hoya too and Corrales was really drained on the scales for that fight.

Best win of Morales's career and he nearly beat Maidana after that.

Pac too? Loma matches up better against 130 Pac than he does with 130 Mayweather.

Pac was still developing and mostly reliant on his left hand, so he was not at all a finished product. Pac took care of business in the next 2 fights.

He would box circles around the one handed pac at 130

He may get dropped, but he would beat manny at 130

Marquez proved to be the better man in his 4 fights with pacquiao,I have no doubt loma could outbox him

Floyd easily and it’s not even a question.

Loma’s run at 130 is entirely unspectacular: Roman Martinez, Walters, Sosa, Marriaga and arguably Loma’s best win: the naturally 118lb Rigo who was dragged up multiple weight classes.

Not to mention losing to one-dimensional opponents Orlando Salido and Teofimo Lopez (who went on to lose his very next fight) on both sides of 130.

There’s zero basis in reality for people saying Loma could ever beat Floyd. If he couldn’t even get past Teofimo’s jab, how could he get past Floyd’s?

Excuses excuses excuses. He got his ass kicked and he was prime.

These threads always illicit emotionally charged replies.

If Lomachenko was still campaigning at 130lbs, I believe he'd have but one "L" on his ledger and would duly be considered one of the best at the weight over the last 30-40 years.

As for the question at hand, I believe Floyd's jab and reach would ultimately be the difference: thus Floyd by decision in a very competitive, high level skills/chess match.

That said , no one-- not Floyd and certainly not Pac (whom I believe Loma would outbox at 130)--has an easy night with a prime, 130lbs Lomachenko.

Good luck to anyone who fought Mayweather at 130. That was him at his best - too fast and was knocking people down like lego. He will make Loma look Vary silly!
