Floyds a boxer, but he CAN bang if he has to. IMO he doesn't because of his weak hands.

I think its because he cares too much about that 0.
He takes such minimum risk. That he guarantees a win. The only way he is gonna lose is if he either meets someone better than him or takes more risks.

These clips simply show why Floyd shouldn't stand and slug - he got caught more times in those two fights than he did at any other point, despite slipping most punches thrown at him.

One thing I think Floyd should use more is his ability to throw tight punches - get in, throw a series of shots and then skip out, similar to Joe Calzaghe when he was on form, use his speed to scare his opponent into being tentative, land some shots and get back out again.

I agree with this, he's in a corner where losing his zero will cause him a great deal of humiliation from boxing media, due to him being "the hated one" - just look at how they went after Roy Jones Jr after his losses.

I'm like Nazeem Richardson in my opinion, I think if Mosley is faster and consistently "better" than Floyd in the early rounds, you'll see a bulldog come out in Floyd - he'll protect that zero any way he can, including going to work as a slugger/power puncher if he thinks that's his best option.

I think your right and I'm hoping it happens. I hope this is an exciting fight and not a lopsided or boring UD

It all depends on how much of Sugar Shane Mosley is actually left - the fact that Cotto consistently had more speed and landed shots at will from outside makes me doubt SSM a little bit.

If he's got speed and can set up his jab and body shots, he'll test Floyd massively. If he can't set up his jab and Floyd can just pot shot him to victory, it could be quite a boring fight.

Really comes down to how fast Shane can throw and how fast his legs are compared to Floyd.
