    that much is obvious.

But i hope and pray mosley beats berto now,to show he aint past it. he would have beaten 2 champions at the weight back to back. he would only have one meaningful fight left and that is mayweather.

LOL as mad as it sounds, if Abraham-Mayweather was made at 160lbs, I'd back Floyd to win! Hit & move, plain & simple!

Floyd is a competitive person, so in a way, I understand him sayinfg he's the best of all time. However, imo, he's not thed best of all time. He's most certainly one of the best though!

Mayweather has exceptional talent & abilities. We should not even attempt to take that away from him! Remember, Floyd does not always get the credit he deserves, so that in itself would give anyone the hump!

RIGHT NOW, PBF' s resume is not very impressive, hardly that of an ATG, let alone the best ATG of all times. We don't even know yet if he will face the Pacs, Molsey, Bertos, PAul Williams.

You're post was too long, chopped it down to make heads or tails of it.

Yes, of course he should be held to a higher standard. He is a higher level boxer, he should be held to the highest standard.

I agree, his work at the lighter weights is great, but he's spent years now at welter. This would have turned him from great fighter to ATG, if he reigned supreme over welter, which he did not. How you feel about Cotto, Clottey, Marg, Mosley, Williams, as champions is subjective. You bring up Margarito losing to Santos (a C level fighter) but you don't talk about Hernandez being at the end of his rope, literarly his last fight of his career, or that Gatti fight being his 7th loss!

Floyd has signed for five fights. Obviously JMM was one and Pac is another. If the choice was yours, who would you see him fight in the final three?

No way he's better than Ali! the opposition he fought, plus all the **** that guy went through, Floyd would be running and crying if he went through half the **** the man went through.

It's an important distinction to make that just because you don't like Floyd and want Manny to win, it doesn't mean you're a *******. There are *******s here, and there are Floyd-haters. They're not one in the same. I'm a Paul Williams fan, if we're choosing welterweight fighters (even though I doubt PWill could still make 147, people still bring his name up a lot). I just don't like Floyd.

He almost has all the tools he needs to be the greatest of all time. But, he only preoccupies himself with keeping that undefeated record intact.
