Okay what does the controversy surrounding the first fight have to do with the outcome of Margo-Floyd?

It has nothing to do with it. You argue Floyd lost big whoop. Why dont you look at what happened in the rematch? You seem to forget that they had one.

Cotto Vs Margarito Would Be A Much Different Fight Than Mayweather Vs Margarito...floyd Is A Boxing Technician..he Wouldnt Trade At Anytime With Tony...floyd Would Make Fans Like Mexican Legend Look Like They Nothin Bout Boxing..(which They Dont)

Tough volume punchers who gave Floyd problems was what I was getting at with the comparisons. I know he lost the rematch but I think they should of had a third fight to settle the score. :thumbsup

Floyd wins in a decision. A fight where Margo will be stalking unable to catch the elusive PBF. Floyd will study the Cotto fight and do what Cotto did but in the center of the ring circling around Margo. Floyd will have his track shoes on in the later rounds as Margo starts to pick up the pace and run to the finish line.
I doubt Margo would be able to land a solid shot but if he can land a few to the body He might be able to stop the running and lay a brutal beating on floyd. Look how Oscar had PBF looking with only a few flush shots.

I agree Castillo won that first fight, but Floyd corrected his mistakes and showed improvement. He hasn't and I don't expect him to repeat those mistakes.

I can't remember IF i have already posted a reply on this . . . and I hate to go through all the posts . . . but I figure PBF beats Margs by points.

PBF will never stand and trade. :deal

You make referrence to Castillo 1 as the reason why margo would win, but why dont you use Castillo 2 as well as for why Flyod would win?

Well, hears the thing. If Mayweather struggled with Castillo who is a pressure fighter and Margarito is the same type of fighter who hits harder, way bigger, better chin, and crazy stamina. I think Floyd will no doubt have problems. :good

Maybe the first time around, Mayweather easily beat him the 2nd time.

So Floyd beats Margo easily but gives up some rounds based on you're analysis.

I like Marg but Mayweather's straight right hand is a thing of beauty. He holds it, aims it, and anchors it with such authority I can't see Marg running him over like Cotto. Styles make fights. Mayweather's counters are pin point perfect. I can see it being a close fight, **** I can see people saying Marg won because of the number of punches, effective and ineffective, that he throws, but just based on sytles I pick Mayweather especially seeing how Cotto used the shoulder roll to slip so many of Marg's punches. Mayweather would do it better but would counter better as well.
