I got the margarito boxing career and floyd was front row at the first cintron fight and his fight with hercules,so that goe's to show u that floyd has alot of respect for margarito's fight game.Name one fight that floyd has went to go see cotto, this proves that floyd saw something in margarito's fighting style that had him, mosley,de la hoya and mayorga shook.Look in the margaito fight after he ko'ed 6 heads,u will see margarito and his camp holding up a t-shirt that say's.

    WANTED

    RICARDO MAYORGA

PBF by wide UD. Margo isn't elite. Clottey exposed him, Williams beat him at his own game and Cotto will prove it once and for all.

This guy is far too limited to beat a elite boxer like PBF. What most who don't really understand the sweet science is that when a limited plodder who has to set his feet to get off faces a elite slick defensive-counterpuncher 9/10 times he will be given a boxing lesson and this case is no exception. All Margo will do is follow PBF around the ring getting beat to the punch and countered he'll eat shots all night long with that dumbass grin on his face and beg PBF to stand and trade.:deal He'll be made to look slow and amatuerish and people will be saying after the fight why in the hell did we think this guy could even compete with PBF. Total ****ing waste of time other than to prove a point.

I agree he will look amateurish in the early going, but as the rounds go on Floyd will fade, Floyd will have to use his legs in this fight more than ever and the way Tony ripps to the body Floyds game plan will be slowly taken apart.
once Floyd gets to laying on them ropes it will be all Margarito. Sure Tony will eat shots but Floyd dont hit hard enough to make Tony retreat, Skills do not always win you fights, its also what a fighter is made of that win you fights, Tony has that mental toughness that Floyd lacks he has the heart and will to stand in there and do what ever is needed to win the fight.
you can assume what ever you like but the facts are Floyd doesnt want to fight him, if this were truely and easy fight for Floyd, Floyd would have took this fight a long time ago, its not that there wasnt any money for him to fight Tony, 8 Million dollars is alot of cheese to pass up on, okay so you say he took Baldimor for 8 the WBC true champion correct? I agree and that fight did make sense but a fight with Judah did not, and Floyd could have made an extra 8 Million to fight tony after he beat Baldimor and before he had his mega fight with DLH, you know why Floyd didnt take that offer? because he would have never got a fight with Oscar thats why.

Hands low??? He can afford to keep his hands low because he'll see those wide slow shots coming a mile away and either beat him to the punch, move or counter his slow wide ass over and over.

The more important question is how will Margo handle PBF's movement? I'll tell you how, he can't. What part in order for Margo to be successful he needs to fight a guy who is there to be hit or stands in front of him don't you understand? He can't deal with movement period he has to set his feet. He can't cut off a ring to save his life, has a **** jab, slow as hell and he fights dumb. He would be throughly outclassed by a master defensive-counter puncher and a blind man could see it.

Margo has pressure but it won't be effective against someone with great movement. He doesn't pressure behind a jab like Cotto does nor does he have the ability to cut off a ring like a prime JLC either and he doesn't have the footspeed of a Hatton to close the distance PBF would be on his bike and skate to a UD win.:deal

Movement and defense lower punch output.

    Mayweather by decision.

He handled Clottey just fine, now sure Clottey isnt no Floyd, but he does have blazing handspeed and good footwork, Margarito walked him down.

More wishful thinking huh? Do you see how ridiculous your argument is you're saying the best conditioned boxer in the game will fade and using it as a way Margo will beat PBF. I stopped reading after that. :rofl :rofl
You sound desperate much like you did when you claimed Oscar would KO PBF and I told you PBF would win by UD and wouldn't be hurt by Oscar but you wouldn't listen then.:-( Your post is filled with pure BS like stamina mental toughness and heart issues.:patsch Come back when you make a sound analysis.

Comparing Clottey's footwork, defense and speed to PBF is like comparing Margo's pressure fighting ability to that of JCC.:deal

Yeah, but that's not necessarily true.

I didn't realize how effective his style was on the ropes until my trainer started teaching me how to use it. The guy is probably 200 lbs or more, likely more, and not that tall, maybe 6 foot at the tallest, and I can't land any clean punches on him when he backs into the corner like that because of his defense.

That's in the corner though, against the ropes, Mayweather won't stay there long enough for Margarito to land that punch. He'll duck it.

I see what you're saying, but I just don't see Margarito landing it effectively, he's too wild. He would be better off throwing a straight right and trying to follow it up with left hook/uppercut.

Agreed, Clottey has a defense like Abraham. They are very similar fighters.

Both don't have very much boxing ability or if they do, they don't show it, so they are content on just being stationary targets and waiting for their opponents to come to them.

Clottey doesn't have footwork or defense anything like Mayweather.
