lol PBF has this thing called defense which cotto clearly lacks...noone can hurt margo so the difference would be PBF's sped and defense which is not in the sae class as cotto...cotto was outboxing him through six and used to much energy...PBF has energy to burn and a great chin...PBF wins a tough but easy dec

I know, I was in on that one too. I think if they agreed to a weigh in on fight night, PBF would really school Pavlik.

Floyd has averaged around 500 (and under) thrown since moving up to 147. You think all of a sudden he'll be able to throw twice that many? At his heaviest and oldest? And all while having his great defense? :huh

Who said anyone is not landing? You said Margarito does not have good stamina. Basing it one on fight and on your opinion of the speed of his punches, which most would probably agree didn't change, since he's not fast to begin with. That is the issue. Don't make it into something else.

Anyone with good eyes & a decent television could see that his punches had slowed down. Now if he wanted to throw 100 punches a round, he wouldn't have his great defense because he'd be to busy throwing all nite. But the reason Margo's punches started slowing down is because he was getting tired.

well if he can beat anyone at 154 why not one more weight class to fight a guy who has no balance....unless he got caught with a bomb...which has never happened I see him winning too...

Fine...because of one fight, where you think he slowed down (despite still getting the better of Cotto late), that now means Margarito really has bad stamina. Happy?

Even right now I think PBF could beat Pavlik by decision if he has the right judges. Of course he would do alot more running & holding. Only way PBF loses this fight is by KO, but honestly I dont think Pavlik could land flush on PBF. PBF has way too much movement. I seen what Hopkins did to him, so imagine PBF, a guy with better stamina then Hopkins in the ring with Pavlik.

chin wouldn't come into play though...cuz margo will not ko floyd with one punch and margos size would just make him fatigued and slow...and even power is useless if u can not land a clean punch....I don't hate AM but he is just not the answer...I still feel PW or even cotto would give PBF more trouble

Not only one fight, same thing in the Williams fight.

But think about this: Margo starts fights slow, we all know that. So he'll clearly give away the first 6 rounds to PBF, unless he gets a miracle from GOD & KO's PBF early. The second half of the fight, he'll turn it on, but his punches will start coming slower & PBF would just bob & weave them, hold a lil more & backstep(get on his bike) alot more. One way or another, this is just a bad situation for Margo, & I can't even see him winning one round. Unlike Cotto, PBF knows how to & isn't ashamed to clinch.

I bet if PBF came back & offered Pavlik a guaranteed 10 million minimum, Team Pavlik would turn it down.
