Floyd is not Shane Mosley. He has never fought like Shane Mosley at any time in his career.

Floyd does not press the action from the get go - I've not seen him start fast since the Angel Manfready fight.

Floyd should be able to keep Margarito off if last Saturday was anything to gauge by, but that was because of what Shane DID - Not what Floyd may or may not do - People on this board simply do not have the evidence to gauge how or what Floyd would do to a large natural welterweight outside the Baldomir fight - Which was really the most boring fight of Floyd's career, and he was VERY cautious throughout that fight.

I'm not doubting Floyd's skill for a moment. I would NOT bet against Floyd in that fight, however - I would not be ONE bit surprised if Margarito was able to impress and have a superior performance against Floyd than he did against Shane.

Floyd does not have Shane's power or balls to fight that sort of fight and any ground conceeded to Margarito is just not the way to fight him and the Cotto fight proved that as much as Mosley, Santos and Paul Williams proved that the key to victory was to fight.

Floyd is the one of the most superlative boxers I've ever seen, but he's not the FIGHTER that Mosley is and the amount of finger-dihorea I've read on this site from Floyd fans crowing like Floyd did anything is just hilarious.
