Would Floyd be too fast and elusive for "El Feroz", or would he wilt under the pressure?

I'm thinking Mayweather could win by decision if he fought defensively, but if Fernando got him against the ropes....then I'm not sure. Floyd is far more skilled but this isn't his best weight. Could see either man taking this one, whereas Tony Ayala smokes them both.

Vargas would not beat Mayweather even with his size. Vargas was not good enough to beat a guy as good as Floyd. Vargas was a limited fighter who gave guys good enough fights but eventually lost.

**** it I'll be the first one to call an upset. The pre-Tito Vargas beats Floyd at 154.

Yeah I think the younger Vargas give Mayweather all kinds of trouble. Vargas was a strong guy that boxed more as a youngster, and probably a little too big for Mayweather, although I think the Mayweather of 2010 has filled out physically and could handle any version of him. I expect Mayweather to put a ass whooping on Shane Mosley.
