12 rounds. Does Floyd's struggles with another J.L. in Castillo bode well for Ramirez? Or is this a whitewash like the Whitaker re-match?

Money KO's him quickly in the 5th! Pretty Boy Floyd TKO's him in the 10th! Floyd Mayweather gets a unquestionable 12 round UD!

Floyd doesn't throw as many combinations as Pea, but man Ramirez really struggled with an all time great slick boxer twice. I don't think Floyd would have many problems.

    Floyd beats him rather easily.

Floyd should win handily. While Ramirez is certainly of Castillo's caliber, his advantages in that comparison - better chin, bigger power, probably a bit physically stronger - aren't too terribly useful against Mayweather. He'd have less success pinning Floyd on the ropes and working him on the inside than Castillo managed. Ramirez at his very best is probably only taking 2 or 3 rounds off Floyd, and close ones at that.

Nothing as bad as Whitaker-Ramirez II though. Ramirez was on the decline by then and Pea was straight up better than Floyd, particularly against pressure fighters.

Mayweather wins this one by wide decision much in the way Camacho beat Ramirez.
