stylewise, Mayweather is a guy who would beat Chavez easily enough and Duran even easier. The style would not be good for either guy.

Duran was a better boxer than Mayweather. He would outbox him.

Chavez would outwork Mayweather and beat him on points or a late stoppage.

Bull **** not all torn rotator cuff need surgery. It depends on the severity of the injury. I myself had slight tear in my rotator cuff in my left shoulder from hitting a 200lb heavy bag with speed mits. The worse that happen I was not able to train for 4 to 5 month, this included weight and shadow boxing.

Oh spare us the fake martyrdom you drama queen. The poll has twice as many people picking Floyd.

Considering the trouble Floyd had with Jesus Chavez and Jose Luis Castillo, and considering that JC Chavez is basically a vastly superior version in every way of those two guys, I think Chavez has the perfect style and attributes to outfight Floyd over the course and pound his way to a unanimous decision. There aren't many fighters I'd back to beat Floyd at 140, but Chavez is one of the only ones, stylistically he's horrible for Floyd.

    at 140 I favor PBF
    at 135 I favor Chavez

PBF didn'thave a good run at 135 so it's hard to match him up against the greats at lightweight.

Floyd's hands were **** at that time in his career. He also didn't really master the shoulder roll until the N'dou fight imo, which was his last fight at 135.
