Los Angeles: Floyd Mayweather jr vs Manny Pacquiao: Mayweather Jr. promoters open to compromise with Pacquiao. After Manny Pacquiao decision to sue Floyd Mayweather Jr and his camp over drugs issue, the latter is mellowing down.
Mayweather Jr, who earlier was insisting on the strict drug testing before the fight with Manny, is now ready to compromise on it, knowing very well that if he doesn’t change his stand then the much-talked about bout may be cancelled.

Mayweather Jr, who has been unbeaten in many fights, seriously thinks that this fight is important for his career. Besides, whoever is the winner will be crowned the undisputed king of the boxing world in light weight. Thus his promoters have make up their minds that they won’t let the US Anti-Doping Agency policy come in way of the fight slated for March 13. Now, they expect Manny to go for a blood test before the big fight.

“As long as there's a blood test, as long as there's a urine test and as long as it's random, a [specified] cutoff date is agreeable to us," Mayweather promoter Richard Schaefer said. "We're saying, 'We're OK,' and we hope Pacquiao [and his promoter and trainer] are OK."

Now, it would be interesting to see how the Manny camps respond to this offer. Will they go ahead with their defamation case or drop it?

Its the best pre fight hype ever will they wont they will they wont they surely its just a show pbf genuinely believes hes unbeatable and i think pac believes is currently the best in the game. So neither has anything 2 fear if thats the right word to use because both know they will win. I just keep fingers, toes and everthing crossed that it happen march 13 would be great and pac is training 10 weeks out so theres hope. I fancy floyd on point defence excellent and offence lets say efficient although i dnt mind which 1 wins theyre both class like them both

I would not drop the defamation case either way.
Those accusations have tarnished Pac's good name and reputation.
That will live on beyond any Mayweather fight.
These reckless loudmouths need to be made an example of to stop any clowns opening their mouths about Pac with baseless allegations in future.
It would be awesome if Pac is awarded a sum in the tens of millions and Mayweather has to fight him to pay it off. That would be some justice.

agree to fight and follow suit. even if he doesnt win the lawsuit it is still going to effect floyd mentally in his preparation. the thought of what its costing you and what it could potentially cost you is going to keep you up at night. as fragil as floyd is, he will probably have diarrhea the whole time.

they've said something similar before, I don't see how it changes anything. The cutoff date still has to be agreeable to them.

No Money Mayweather pushed and pushed, and basically told to go **** himself.

Now No Money sounds desperate and pussying out of his original demands. Is it possible to be any less respected?

Pac should tell him to **** off and see him in court.

Then make Mayweather wait for the fight much later on in the year. Let the idiot stew fighting against bums for relative chump change and hope the IRS don't come knocking in the meantime.

This lawsuit is the biggest ***** made move I have ever seen in boxing.

If I was Mayweather, this would be PERSONAL. I'd be trying to affect Duckiao's political career.

The fight probably isn't going to happen because one side is too afraid of getting randomly tested for steroids.

Pac wants to fight in court. He cant fight a guy like mayweather in the ring.

Mayweather will spank his ass for 12 rounds. When he grabs his belt off him im gonna laugh so hard.

damn, first people were saying he was pussying out of the fight, now he's pussying out of his original demands, he can't win .

sounds to me like he's trying to make the fight happen.
