How long has it been since a fighter earned more than 1 round against Mayweather? I don't see how Cotto banks that many rounds unless he scores some knockdowns.

I voted for a knockout. The only thing I see preventing a knockout is Cotto running the entire fight and throwing almost nothing. I think he will figure out early that Floyd isn't going anywhere and climb on the bike. A late stoppage is not out of the question even if he mails it in.

FMJ via UD. Cotto won't be able to handle the speed.

My OG pick was Floyd on points, looking at his media day, if I could, I'd change it to KO.

Floyd is going to take a UD in this one. His timing, speed, and accuracy will make it very difficult for Cotto to get some solid shots in. I see Floyd being very careful and focusing more on speed and footwork than sitting on shots and throwing bombs.

I have nothing against Floyd, but I would like to see Cotto get the upset victory. It will make things more interesting in the sport. A rematch will be great and we know Team Pacquiao will more than eager to fight! I have a lot of respect for Cotto and will root for him, but Floyd is still prime, sharp, and in peak condition.

The only chance I can see Cotto have against Mayweather is early by jabing and pinning him against the ropes and work away.

If he doesn't get alot of bodyshots in early and lets Mayweather adjust without paying something to do it. He is in real big trouble. Mayweather popshots him until he either falls or cruises to an UD.

Cotto should use the same game plan he used against Margarito. If Mayweather is going to press the attack, box on the back foot with lateral movement to the left and shoot combinations that start on the body and end on the head.

the 10oz gloves is confirmed right? if it is, this should make the pick for stoppage on either side less of a possibility.
