Floyd. Quicker, better ring general, more intelligent fighter, techincally better and a far better defense. Paul hasn't addressed the flaws that Carlos Quintana exploited with speed and movement and solid boxing skills. He's merely covered them up. If Quintana could do that, think what Floyd would do.

 

That was a fluke and the rematch proved it.

 

i dont know about running but he can createa enough space to fire those lunging hooks and straight rights....his jab and straight right to the body will be effective simply because of how tall Paul is.....secondly Paul gives up his height a lot...Floyd is extrememly smart in the ring...i dont see how you think he canat win just as PW could win also.

 

Hmm, consistently getting out-boxed for 12 rounds, or getting rushed and caught cold early. I wonder which would be regarded as the 'greater fluke'.

 

I'd like to see you paint out a scenario & blue-print for how Williams would win. Let me guess, 1,000 punches per round, right?

 

What makes you think PW would drag Floyd into a slug-fest? Floyd can win inside, because he's far quicker, has a better defensive and is a much more accurate puncher and disciplined fighter. He will move-in-and-out, just like Quintana did. 1,000 punches a round against Floyd is no use when you're not in range. Paul will never be in the position to throw more than a 3 or 4 punch combination at most against Floyd, and Mayweather will pick them all off with ease.

 

Floyd in fighting is great as well and thik about it 5'8 to 6'3 floyd will eat his body up all night if he unleashes that many punches in a in fight...and Floyd hits hard enough.....PW does not want to in fight with a shorter crafty puncher....PW lets his hands go so much his body will get ate up.

before we start i also know that PW is a extremely difficult fight for floyd and i do consent that PW can win but i do see how Floyd can win.

Floyd wou;d get the better of paul on the inside, paul's height might actually work against him on the inside. Floyd is far to smart to get pulled into a slugfest with pw, what makes you think paul is just automatically going to make floyd fight his fight?
