I asked Terry Norris's opinion and he picked Whitaker.

The Vasquez of the Pea fight BEATS the DLH of the PBF fight.

    Pea by decision @154

I can't believe this booze guy is claiming pea had at least an 'average chin'. he had a great chin, and great defence to supplement it.

Pea's jab lands earlier from the first round in. By the time Floyd has adjusted Pea is already waltzing his way to a decision.

Why? What did Floyd prove at 154?

154 aint for either guy IMO, just less for Whitaker due to their physiques.
He looked like a fat midget vs Vasquez, light yrs away from the ATG master that humbled fellow p4per Buddy McGirt months before.

Whitaker looked pretty sloppy at 154 imo, but Floyd seemed sub par himself. Didn't impress me in the DLH fight at all, despite being in better shape than what Whitaker was for his fight with Vasquez.

    LMFAO@Floyd knocking Whitaker out.

What we do know is that it would be two sloppy guys in there who would look completely out of their element...terrible fight imo

    DRAW or Pea SD

I conceded he had a fair chin, but it was far, far from great.

When Whitaker retired there was rightly a concerted effort to try to remember his achievements rather than remember the pretty awful man, and his boring (for the mainstream) style.

But he has been retired (a silly comeback apart) for over a decade, he does need to be protected anymore, he can now be rated on what he was, and against Vazquez, that was an out of shape cutie, who needed every bit of cunning he had to win a fight against a fighter he clearly underrated.

Mayweather wins against this version of Whitaker with a bit to spare.

I agree, these particular versions will have one winner, Mayweather.
I actually thought FMJ was good vs DLH, Pea definitely was not vs Vasquez.
    Mayweather would win IMO.

Only 1 thing guaranteed tho... somebody wins on pts.
