His output at welter isn't enough and I don't think he is strong enough to be competitive for a full 12 against SRL. He's not shutting down Leonards output like the rest he has fought, Leonard also turns it in to a dog fight if its slipping away

    How so?
If you get countered and are made to miss, you will turn down the volume.
Floyd never needed to throw a lot of punches, he only needed to land enough. Hed gladly throw only 10 punches if needed.
    Accuracy trumps activity.

Watch Oscar vs Floyd. Oscar is the same size as Leonard. Only Leonard was better at everything. Oscar won some rounds.

How many 5 10+ welters did he fight? His opponent were perfectly picked 5 7 with short arms that gassed late in the fight. Pull counter against these guys? Really . They talked about Vernon Forrest being the worst possible opponent for Floyd. These guys were quicker and more powerful.

What is the point in wasting your time addressing me if you don't have anything to say?

I don't understand why you'd want that sort of negative attention. You went out of your way to get my attention and left no pragmatic branch for me to reach leaving me with few recourse outside of questioning your motives or dressing you down with an equally negative response that is equally lacking in anything outside of an insult.

The **** is wrong with you?

He wouldn't fight them. Wait them out or retire.

Floyd would have ducked these two as he ducked inferior fighters in his career.

If they fought he would get KOed by both and if not, he would have to spoil and completely stink up the fight at an even higher level than the way he generally fought from Oscar onwards, in which case he would lose a decision. The split decision win over an absolutely faded Oscar, which was a stinker that could have easily been given to De LA Hoya was a good example. ODLH in his prime would have struggled with SRL and Hearns.

Of course there are bought referees and judges, IV drips and his own USADA type testing, pillow size gloves and stadium sized rings. However, ignoring his destruction of boxing as an honourable sport, Floyd is not as good as Hearns or SRL.

If prime Floyd struggled with a speedy Zab Judah, he would hopeless vs Sugar Ray.

Floyd would get obliterated by Hearns & loses a UD to Leonard.

Realistically, Floyd has never faced anything remotely like those 2. It's one thing making a career of winning the fights you were always supposed to win, and another taking on opponents you're not guaranteed to beat let alone ones that are supposed to beat you. All Floyd did post Corrales and Castillo was take fights he was the heavy favorite to win, and avoid all of the other ones.

that's like saying Floyd beats all the greats of all time because they lost to lesser fighters whereas Floyd lost to nobody.
I think for most people there's a degree of heresy in giving props to a brash, cocky, modern day villain over the gods of the sport.
considering Floyd won a good many fights by controlling them for 12 rounds and rarely getting out of second gear or even threatened, and was never beaten, it would be folly and way too dismissive to say he loses these fights 'full stop'.
Floyd will be remembered as one of the very best, and he is the most accomplished fighter since roy jones to sit on this lofty perch

154 was Floyd's limit, which is why he lost movement and got tagged at that weight
it's also why he only fought blown up welters at 154
