Hearns would be the undisputed undefeated welterweight champion if he were fighting today :nod

How do you see Floyd figuring out Hearns? What would he do?

Floyd wont fight Williams, ya'll wanna know who wins with Hearns??

:rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl

Hearns TKO 5:good Why? Hearns could box as well as(better than because of his height and reach) and would land the right hand on Floyd's little ass. Floyd aint standing up to it and isnt KO'ing too many large WW's. Hearns would look more spectacular than the first Leonard fight(which by TODAYS standards HE WON).

Like I said, FIGHT WILLIAMS, then talk:good

See I love it when morons say **** like this. TKO 5? The best defensive fighter maybe in boxing history gets TKo'd? Are you serious? Hearns would probably win a UD or split over Mayweather but TKO? Are you high. Floyd barely gets touched in the new millenium and you say Hearns would simply have a field day with him.

Jesus you haters cant find anyone who can beat floyd now so you have to go back 30 years to find somebody who can.

Yet you made a thread about Floyd beating Robinson today to hype him, so whats the problem?

Yes, but Tommy Hearns isn't a 5'6" jr welter with no reach.

He's a 6 '1" (I think?) welter, with a reach equal to a lot of heavyweights, that can box or KO guyswith one punch - and won titles all the way up to light heavy.

And it's Floyd himself and his fans that compare him to fighters of the past the most.

As if Hearns did not have the potential to adjust himself.

He is not Judah. You should watch more video.

I never hyped Floyd I was questioning Robinson being able to dominate his opponents on pure athleticism like he did 60 years ago. I think he would have to bring more to the table this day and age.

Hearns just has too many physical advantages plus a murderous right. The crunching power and boxing skill are also there, so are the angles and a laser jab.

Look roach, crawl back to whatever rock you've been under. You aint fooling anyone:nono

YES, I'm SERIOUS, Hearns WOULD KTFO Mayweather:good SO WOULD SRL and like I said TODAYS world Hearns BEATS SRL the first time. **** you Floyd doesnt get touched, Hatton had him ducking through the ropes and turning his back. Hearns reach and POWER will send little Floyd THROUGHT THE ROPES:good

I dont need to go 30 years, I'm ON RECORD saying both Cotto and Williams will beat Floyd at 47.

He would figure out that he couldn't get past Hearns' reach, jab, and speed. He would also realize he couldn't bite the bullet and trade with him so he gets on his bike, and goes into all out defensive mode, and proceeds to get KO'd anyways by the 7th.

I think Hearns is one of the three fighters who would beat Floyd if they fought today. His reach would be alot for Floyd to handle. He would outpoint him, but dont say TKO 5, thats an insult to a defensive genius. Seriously he hasnt been touched in his entire career, and Hearns would just walk in and TKO him, get real..

If you dont like Floyd thats fine, but dont underestimate abilities that have been on showcase for the last decade.

But you didnt decide to use Robinson as a random example, there was a clear reasoning around it. And that, of course, was to speak to Floyd's greatness by comparing him to what is generaly considered the greatest fighter ever, SRR.

If you trying to sell me the ticket that your thread was just about comparing eras, Im not buying it. In that regard, why not Pep vs Barrera?
