I disagree with counting the cheap shot ( frankly tired of that fight being used as an example for anything ) but I do agree with a late round stoppage, but I feel it will be Maidana or his corner that calls it quits before round 10. I think it will be a combination of Maidana going for broke and an accumulation of hard shots from Mayweather that compels Maidana to quit. So it won't be a legit ko like Hatton but I think he will get a tko due to Maidana being hugely over-matched.

Maidana is a fighter, not a quitter. If Mayweather dominates Maidana to the point where he gives up and just tries to survive then that would be better than a knockout because Maidana's fighting heart has never been broken. I actually think that Mayweather is in for a long night. Maidana is made of good stock and that Alexander fight don't mean ****. The present Chino would knock all the hair off Alexander's head. He is a legitimate threat and deserves the shot.

That don't mean crap if you're fighting someone as skilled and quick as Mayweather. Maidana is definitely a fighter but he will definitely also be a punching bag. Imagine the way Floyd hurt Cotto with those wide hooks only this time it will be worse because Maidana is slower and less mobile than Cotto. He will be eating punches all the way to a Floyd stoppage. Heck this fight might even be stopped in the middle rounds.
