No, that's not true at all. There wasn't a single sign whatsoever. Floyd passed his physical and was seen by the NSAC's physician and he made no mention of being severely dehydrated or even dehydrated at all.

During fight week, Floyd didn't spar or train, so how did he become severely dehydrated? On the night of the weigh in, Floyd looked shredded, strong as an ox, and ready to go. People were impressed by how Floyd looked and many Floyd fans were saying that Floyd was gonna punish and KO Pac for the 5+ years of ducking accusations by the media.

Floyd again was checked out by a doctor just as all fighters are the day before the fight. Floyd is approved by the physician to be ready for combat. About 5 hours from this time, Floyd will be hooked up to an IV in the comfort of his living room. Yet Floyd makes no mention that he is severely dehydrated.

Ladies and gentlemen of the forum, I ask you:

Why did Floyd need 750 ML of saline and "vitamins"?

Why hasn't Floyd or anyone else from his mentioned dehydration? All we've gotten was "dark urine".

    :think

Was he in a somnolent state showing signs of encephalopathy, if not he wasn't in a severely dehydrated state.

Good for you, pal. I'm a boxing fan. Mayweather is retired - if you must discuss this issue, at least save us all from the 5 or 6 separate threads created to discuss it each and every day and stick to one thread.

At least then us folks who actually want to discuss boxing can avoid you more easily. :hi:

Floyd needs to get with Kovalev and John D. Jackson to ask for one of their Mysterious Blue Bottles of energizing fluid. But according to the Doc. it is adsorbed through cuts in the mouth.

Well if he didn't train all week, why would he try to flush the PEDs out at the very last minute? He had no worries about the random testing huh? If you say he has USADA in his pocket, didn't get tested, or knew when they were coming, no one would ever have known about the IV.. Just a few questions everyone ignore...

In the pre-fight interview with Jim Gray, Floyd did exhibit signs of severe dehydration. He appeared to be very uncomfortable in that interview.

A fight of that magnitude puts an unrelenting amount of stress on a fighter and all his media responsibilities leading up to the fight may have taken a toll on his body. He might have been a little sick leading up to the fight. If that pre-fight interview was any indication, he certainly appeared to be fighting dehydration on the day of the fight.
