Name some fighters that either Floyd could have fought but never did, or he fought them when they past their best.

Hamed - Hamed didn't want to fight

Morales - Morales could have moved up earlier but Morales

Casamayor - this was pretty much arranged as a unification but Casa lost to Freitas

Freitas - Freitas turned it down a few times

Dorin - Fellow lightweight titlist. Not much demand for it. Dorin was stopped in 2 by Gatti the fight before Mayweather faced Gatti

Spadafora - Fellow lightweight titlist. See above

Mosley (at lightweight) - Mayweather said he was chasing the fight

Delahoya (earlier) - Mayweather called out Delahoya for a years before the fight happened

Tyszu - they had contracts with different TV networks

Harris - Harris priced himself out of fights with Mayweather, Hatton and Tyszu from memory

Witter - not a draw but one of the best at 140

Hatton (at 140) - Hatton's camp turned the fight down 7 times before agreeing to it

Winky Wright - they initially agreed to a fight at 154 where Winky would weigh in the same day. Winky was willing to agree to 50-50 purse split but Mayweather wanted 60-40

Margarito/Cotto/Clottey/Bradley - Arum turned down the fight offer from Mayweather. Mayweather turned down a contract with Arum to make far more under his own management. This became a rivalry similar to the Arum Golden Boy

Paul Williams - very awkward huge WW and not a draw

Pacquaio (earlier) - issues with Arum, who controlled the promotion and drugs testing. Neither fighter willing to concede to make the fight.

Lara - not a huge draw and a tricky customer

Sugar Shane Mosely and Felix Tito Trinidad, a fight with either of those two would have been great to watch at 147 lbs.
