Floyd has hopefully retired because he's a farce. However critiquing him especially in such an expert way is warranted. Boxing moves on, there's better boxers now i.e Lomachenko.

I seem to remember pac doing a much better
Job on Hatton, cotto and Delahoya and all their common aponents. Using your logic pac is the greater fighter. Why do you use marquez to compare the two the only fighter that Floyd arguably did better against? You must agree pac wins hands down.

Well you can use the main points of the TS to pick over Pac's resume as well.. I think a lot would be way worse than Floyd.. The only thing people can say is that he's small so he can do that, which isn't the case at all...

Marquez was the most recent example, for starters.

Also, ODLH was completely shot when Pac fought him. Hatton wasn't in great form either. Cotto was arguably drained. But, I don't subscribe to that...although they literally did try to use the C/W as an advantage. I agree, Pac did better against Cotto. I think he beats any version of Cotto. But, I doubt he wins in the same manner, if Cotto dragged him up to 154.

Pac is not the greater fighter. He got schooled by the greater fighter. And he got outboxed (unofficially) and then KO'd by a fighter he was supposed to be better than.

He is a great fighter. Floyd is a greater fighter. That's all I'm saying. Don't take it too hard man.

fights that Floyd could have taken which would have made me believe he's got nuts.

    1. winky fight which he agreed then backed out.

    2. martinez fight where he said "i would love to fight the pwill-sergio 2 winner."

Has there ever been a p4p top fighter that's never been a underdog for a fight excluding heavyweight!! Floyd mayweather is only one from recent memory, this says a lot about his legacy!!

    Very weak rebuttal.
Sure, ODLH was finished. Hatton was making a surge again, and Pac beat him at his best weight...very importantly, he beat him in such a shocking manner which involved pure smarts, that if Hatton-Pac was a few years earlier it would make no difference.

Cotto was not 'arguably drained' because Cotto himself said after the fight he had no problems making weight and felt good.

Another point, you have to understand Pacquiao is the former Lineal Flyweight champion and the much smaller man than Mayweather, so going up to 154lbs is a very unnecessary point to make.

The wins are among the GOAT wins in boxing i.e Hatton-Cotto-Margarito because of Pac's size and the sheer other worldly domination of these elites. This is completely unprecedetend in the sport of boxing

Pacquiao was not 'supposed' to be greater than Marquez. Pacquiao was the unknown man from the Philippines. Marquez had his number, but who cares losing to an ATG in good condition, whilst Pacquiao had fallen off prime further than Marquez? Mayweather never even fought an ATG or even a legit notable HOF'er in good condition.

    This is just simply put:
