I never believed it was at all possible for Pac to beat Floyd after Pac's performance vs Mosley in 2011. I will never forgive that Mayweather for not knocking out the semi-shot former lineal Flyweight. Never forgive.

Some of the 'mentally challenged' appeal to Ring and ESPN rankings - they have always had atrocious rankings. I respect the views of certain posters FAR MORE than their collective view due to this.
If you want to say Floyd is better then you're entitled to that (although you'd have a less compelling argument) because they're in the same tier. Pac is undeniably greater, though.

People say 'everyone at the highest level take PEDs' - Floyd's IV situation is seen as a great indication of this. Whether Pac is on it or isn't, he was always tested clean and did not require the sort of tactics Floyd used regarding the IV situation. This does not mean Floyd is a cheater but most people find that when they put two-and-two together, they say Floyd clearly masked a greater level of PED's than his opponent. Therefore, they feel the outcome of the fight against the Semi-shot, hospital patient, tiny, welterweight version of Pacquiao should be an NC rather than a 'W'.

 

Floyd will never have what Manny has, that is:
AT LEAST ONE at-or-near-prime TBE, ATG, High level HOF, Higher Mid HOF, Mid-tier HOF or Mid-lower tier HOF on his resume.
In a 19 year career, Floyd didn't even beat one!
When Lomachenko finishes his career, I highly doubt I'll see him fight one of those - so I won't exactly be saying he's greater than Pacquiao! *****'s are pathetic.

 

Floyd looks 1.5 weight classes bigger in terms of natural size here. Pac looks like a big LW. Floyd was a strong, good sized Welterweight.
Pac was semi-shot and injured according to official medical record.
This fight has me convinced that a prime Pac would've beaten a prime Floyd. To me this was a 116-112 fight (a very legit scorecard). Prime Pac would've won at least 2 more rounds.

 

All of the GOATS have been knocked out a few times. Pacquiao had an old-timers career.
