    Correction, Manny blinked first by asking for the fight at a catch weight (highly unusual). Then asking for a $10 mil penalty for every pound over that catch weight (completely UNHEARD of!). But Floyd called his bluff and agreed and asked for a blood test that they will both take (Not unheard). Manny declines and immediately signs to fight clottey. That equals a DUCK!
