when was Pacquiao at his best?
He was looking fortunate to many against Marquez several occasions who Mayweather clearly beat
    did he?
When was Pacquiao pushing for the fight?
Floyd was older and had also slowed. Forget that?
I know the canelo fight was at a catch weight but Floyd was also getting old at that time
    not really
You note the hagler fight was when he felt he could beat hagler with a fight over 12 rounds
    That is one example

I have read this on here before but never seen a source to say he did anything to break the rules

Oh man, this one is not easy. Floyd was such a good defensive fighter but SRL was good as well. Prime vs prime, I have to go with SRL. He would have found a way to get to Floyd. Anyone who could beat prime TOMMY Hitman Hearns and Duran gets my vote. Tommy would have given Floyd a great fight. My money would be on the guy from Detroit.

Leonard has stoppage wins over 3 ATGs, does Mayweather?

No. Leonard hits harder, it's not even up for debate.

This is so true. Leonard has a bunch of HOF scalps on his resume, Duran, Hearns, Hagler, etc., and he could punch. Floyd was certainly great but he has nothing on SRL. Also, Ray fought several rematches against top guys. I like Floyd but SRL has so many great fights against elites, and several 50/50 fights.

Not only this but the only controversy about Leonard's career was against 2 ATGs at the end of his career. While Floyd's was all throughout his career, and against guys like Maidana and Castillo not Hagler and Hearns.

yes that is correct, but I seem to think Marquez pushed for that fight and Floyd hadn't been overly active at that time.
Marquez also fought Pacquiao at ww and scored one of arguably the best ww wins in recent times by beating Pacquiao, pushed Bradley and beat Alvarado all when much older in his career
Floyd hadn't fought for nearly 2 years

how was he green? He had, had 43 fights and 7 world title fights

was coming off a great win and Floyd was going up in weight
was coming off arguably his best win, and went on to be the mw champ
was also coming off one of his biggest wins

was a reigning champion and straight after losing to Mayweather won a world title again and is 5-1 since with many feeling he beat horn

Whilst I'm not dismissing some valid points you have made and don't disagree with all of it. It does sound intentionally negative

A fully fleshed WW (who came over the agreed limit) fought a LW. Dress it up how you want.
He had just turned 23 with virtually no amateur background and was coming of a controversial fight that showed he weren't ready for the elite.
He has improved leagues since, he was pre prime. That's like the definition of Green.
It's a good win, I'm not disputing that. But it's not like he beat a prime Del a Hoya.
Oscar was clearly slower and his stamina was as poor as it had ever been.
He beat a damaged Margarito and was clearly never the same after the beatings he got of Pac and Margarito. He completely fluked the MW title, a past prime ****ed leg Martinez...
This is imo a top 3 Mayweather win. But Mosley hadn't fought in roughly a year and was about 40.
Good win, better than Pacquiao fans claim. But it's very controversial.
You already know the story. Also Pacquiao was like 36 and had been KOed out of his prime.

I'm not saying that the wins aren't good I'm saying that collectively they just don't add up to be better than Leonard's.

Pfp it’s debatable. Floyd got Canelo’s respect in a way that GGG didn’t. That would be like Leonard bearing 175 and 190 champions.

Hearns didn’t have ATG durability and we know that Duran wasn’t hurt.

You know SRR used to beat his women, he was no Saint.

And in terms of boxing none compare to him anyway.

Canelo KNOWS he's never legitimately beaten GGG. He knows he's a fake & manufactured champ. He laughs at you fools who idolise him. That is precisely why I have absolutely no respect for him. He hasnt got the necessaries to meet GGG in a fair fight with no Vegas corruption because he knows he wouldnt win. He wouldnt have Vegas corruption behind him

It can though. Yes, both were to blame about the fight not taking place when it should have but it obviously defines how the win is ranked
