Big ****ing deal. Ive done it myself. How many times do you pull up someone where, and there are like 8 empty handicapped spaces. So you run in real quick, and come out, and all of them are still empty. Did an actual handicapped person pull up, but couldn't park because of Mayweather???

Parking in a handicap spot, is a ticket only offense. Cocaine posession, like Hatton and De la Hoya, Calzaghe is a felony.

here's my addition, how many normal people use handicapped spaces? i heard so many stories about this borrowing or using someone's car with a handicap placard so they could park there.

What Floyd was doing is setting up shop in protest of the terrible equipment provided by the store for handicapped people. He had his fleet of Segways, 1 of which appeared on 24/7, in the back of the SUV. Before he could assist the elderly, he was confronted by a bunch of thugs who were planning on doing some purse snatching.
