Floyd took numerous "breaks" from the sport, always kept in shape, and took very little damage throughout his career. Very little wear and tear. Plus his defense and safety-first approach ensured a longer prime. Floyd was prime when he fought Clenelo and a little past it against an old (ring age), one-armed, previously iced-out by Roidquez and much smaller Pac.

PBF was faded when he fought Canelo his last prime fight was in 2009 against JMM. His legs were basically gone in his fight with Canelo when he fought him at 36. The age the weight he couldn't move like he used to.

Dude, I want the good **** that you're smoking.

Floyd was in 6th gear the entire fight against Pac. Why do you think he initiated the most clinches and landed the least amount of punches on any of his opponents? Pac ain't difficult to find. Floyd was on the highest alert he'd ever been in in a fight.

Pac is difficulty to find, especially early. He has a tricky rhythm and he's bouncing all over the place. His defense is underrated especially as he's gotten older.

Plus Pac was trying not to get knocked out after Mayweather buzzed him with that right hand in the first round. If anyone was “fighting scared” it was Pac. Mayweather fought cautiously as he always did.

Buzzed Pac? Where? It hit him in the chest/collar bone. And Pac came forward all night and was the aggressor.

Pac fought more cautiously than usual. That right hand gave him Marquez flashbacks. It could be said that he “fought scared” according to your logic.

    Of course ,
    that is easy to see.
Although he always claimed it was Augustus that gave him his toughest fight.

Paquiao for sure is the best he ever shared the ring with clearly.

Floyd is the PPV King but Canelo has greater drawing power. Canelo is the Butts-in-Seats King. Floyd has never even drawn a fraction of what Canelo drew vs Saunders.

Floyd was still close to his prime vs Canelo. When Canelo fought Floyd, he was further away from his prime than Floyd was. Floyd was still in the twillight of his prime, but Canelo was nowhere near his prime. He was drained, unseasoned compared to the fighter he is today. Canelo was weight drained and didn't have his usual energy that he had vs Trout or Lara by having to kill himself to shed those extra pounds. Canelo gave Floyd very little head movement and he ate way too many jabs. Today Canelo is far more slippery and he doesn't get hit like that. Also Canelo is a much more devastating puncher today. Canelo was playing pattycake with Floyd compared to how he punches today. Canelo wasn't even in his prime when he fought GGG. When he fought GGG, he was still adjusting to moving up in weight. Canelo is only now in his prime, 8 years later after he fought Floyd.

More butts in seats don't equal more money. PBF made more money in a live gate for an arena in Vegas that seats 14,000 than Canelo in a stadium in Texas seats 70,000. Not only that the real money is in PPV and PBF has no peer when it comes to that.

lol Extra pound. Alvarez weighed exactly one pound less in his weighin against Mayweather than in his previous fight.

If you're referring to how much seats cost for Mayweather Pacquiao you may be right. And it was the biggest ripoff for a fight ever. Floyd made the most $$ in PPVs absolutely, they don't call him Money for nothin, and the DAZN model is much different, but that still doesn't translate to drawing power. We know how much $$ Floyd made, he's the King of $$ but Canelo is the King of Stadiums. Floyd never fought in a stadium in his life. Canelo drew at least 5X more people than Floyd did on Average in one fight.

Outside of Mayweather Pacquiao, surely the gate on Saturday has to exceed anything Mayweather has done. Unless Mayweather was charging 5X more $$ per seat on average.
