He can say what he wants...talk up how many world title holders hes beat etc. But theres no way his resume compares to one that has stoppage victories against foreman. Frazier and liston.

Stoppage victories against undefeated Canelo Alvarez, Ricky Hatton and Manny Pacquiao victory is more impressive

Castillo is on a higher level. Same with Ricky Hatton And Canelo Alvarez
Marcos Maidana is on the same level

Tell me this is a joke. Ali,s win over liston beats anything in mayweathers legacy. Struggled against an aging de la hoya. Struggled with castillo. Struggled with maidana. Floyds a great fighter no arguments and his resume is actually pretty decent in terms of names. But you cant claim to be the greatest ever at the same time not many want to watch you. Hence the money persona. The truth is he was great at point scoring off the backfoot. It was cynical boxing that was mediocre to watch at best.

I ve no arguments if thats how he chose to go about it...but when it comes time to look at the best ever list. Your name shouldnt be on there.

Muhammad Ali defeated Sonny Liston when Liston was 35-1. Floyd defeated a 43-0 Ricky Hatton

Del a Hoya,Sugar Shane Mosely as well, nobody seems to be able to imagine how hard it must of been to go so long against such opposition without losing infact Floyd with his unbeaten record has changed boxing for the worse unwittingly in that boxer now want the same unbeaten record and adulation without facing the quality of opposition that Floyd faced?

It wouldnt matter if other boxers have unbeaten records. Unless they fought and defeated 23 world champions (including five, six and eight division) world champions, they will never be on Floyds level

Yeah, being ranked as the 2nd best boxer in Europe is totally average
Richard John "Ricky" Hatton, MBE (born 6 October 1978) is a British former professional boxer who competed from 1997 to 2012, and currently works as a boxing promoter.[4] During his boxing career he held multiple world titles at light-welterweight and one atwelterweight, as well as the lineal light-welterweight title. Hatton is ranked by BoxRec as the best British light-welterweight of all time; the second best in Europe; and seventh best in the world. In 2005 he was named Fighter of the Year by The Ring magazine and theBoxing Writers Association of America (BWAA).
