Gotta agree here. I think Floyd would have an argument if he considered himself better than Ali in a technical sense. However, as far as resume goes, holding KO wins over Liston, Foreman and Frazier is TOUGH to beat - even for Mayweather...

I think that's an unfair assessment. Mayweather was definitely more aggressive during his 130, 135 and 140 days...

So Castillo, Ricky, and Canelo are better than JCC and Duran, and Maidana is equal to them?

Wow, first time I've heard that one. Congrats

And that was before Floyd beat Berto, now he's rated even higher.

Being a little generous to both of 'em isn't he? More like Ali is number ten and Mayweather is number forty.

It's not up to FM to let the other guy hit him to test himself! The opponent has to find out a way to get to him and hit him! Only a few guys were able to get to Floyd but, he was able to adapt and swing the momentum back into his favor. Really a defensive master. However, he is not the best ever. I would put him in around 20-30. There have been a lot of great fighters that did not have the advantage of Jr and super weight classes or multiple belts per division. How many ex champs would Henry Armstrong have beaten or divisions he would have been champ in? Same goes for SRR! Floyd is a world class talent and would have held his own in any era! It's just too difficult to really pin down who was better than who, especially when you're talking different eras.

Shame the fight with McGergor didn't happen, if Floyd would've beaten him, nobody would doubt his TBE claim.

Either you are a troll or a complete casual. Floyd v Connor would be a war for the ages.
