I hope Shane wins in dramatic dominant fashion. Then we will get the gauranteed matchup of Pac/Shane. That would be an awesome fight. However, my brain says Floyd by decision.

 

Floyd's getting paid b'cause everybody wants to see him hurt, stretched or disappointed. Either Shane or Manny will serve him that dinner.

 

I would like to see the bank balance ,Oscar didnt get that kind of money and did greater numbers . Floyd is a child outside of the ring , he made just under 18 mil against Hatton , and had much higher PPV's , so getting 40 mil for less numbers doesnt make sense . Also golden boy dont work for free.

 

This PPV is likely going to sell a lot more than the one against Hatton, not to mention Floyd is also probably taking a much higher percentage of the purse. Floyd is at the height of his popularity right now, and I wouldn't be surprised at all to see this fight sell 1.5mil+ PPVs. Keep in mind, when Oscar fought Shane they did about 1.55mil in TWO fights.


People need to just accept the fact that, whether you like him or not, Floyd Mayweather is a boxing superstar and he is either one of the most popular boxers of all time or by far the most hated boxer of all time, or maybe even a ridiculously lucrative combination of the two.

Floyd is being played, probly by GBP, so the fight happens and Floyd feels good about himself.
