Which has nothing to do with Margo and Maidana. But you can't expect much argument skills from Floyd fans.

 

Big difference here lets look at the whole picture.
First People like you love to leave out that PBF was 37 when he fought Maidana he wasn't prime like he would have been when he fought Margo. For irrational haters like you PBF is the only fighter in boxing history who was prime for every fight.

Second he got cut early in the first Maidana fight which clearly bothered him. When he got used to it he went to work. Maidana did nothing in the second half of that first fight.

Third Maidana is awkward has faster hands than Margo and throws a looping overhand fight which is a good punch to throw against the shoulder roll he also punches harder than Margo and is more dirty on the inside kinda like Salido and more skilled could counter and actually had a jab with head movement Margo has none of that.

So you can see the two fight nothing alike and the circumstances around the fight would have been completely different.

No, I admit Floyd was not prime. When have I ever said Floyd was prime. I'll give you the awkward thing, that's it.

Margarito was a better fighter than Maidana. Maybe Floyd could have schooled him, but it's not a given. The fact is before the fight, most people were saying Maidana was tailor made for him, which wasn't crazy to say. That fight is just proof that fights can go totally different from expected. Who expected that after Devon schooled the **** out of Maidana? No one did.

So Margo is supposed to have no chance to even make it a fight when he was a superior fighter to Maidana? Margo may not be awkward, but he cuts off the ring better, is bigger, has a better chin, and throws even more punches, AND has better stamina. No I don't buy that it's a given Floyd would school him.

Yeah he held him off. He won both fights didn't he? What did Maidana do in the second half of that first fight? What did Maidana do in the rematch? A past prime PBF is 2-0 against Maidana, I rest my case.
