    Fair point, but Kell Brook doesn't go around calling himself the Best Ever. Brook also didn't say that fighting Triple G would be easy.

    True. As great as a prime -- and even a slightly past his prime -- Floyd was, even he, a guy who is 40 years old and 49-0 can't waltz and shoeshine his way to a points victory over Father Time. :thumbsup:

    Floyd would beat neither Canelo nor GGG at 160 today, nor would he beat Canelo at 154 today. Golovkin would be very drained at 154; PBF might pull it off. Frankly I wonder how easy a time he would have had against a non-mummified Canelo at 154 back in the day.

    I don't favour any version of Floyd over Golovkin at a weight where Golovkin was not drained, for the simple fact that Golovkin has godly footwork and much bigger dimensions, and would cut the ring on Floyd like nobody before. Floyd's mastery of distance is what makes him great; take that away or reduce it enough, and he's screwed.

    It's not like Conor McGregor has any of the above attributes: hence one of the many reasons why Floyd is pushing for that "fight" to happen.

    Lol :lol::lol::lol:

    Taking away Conor's kicking and takedowns and expecting him to beat Floyd in a straight-up boxing "contest" is like neutering a dog and still expecting it to able to father puppies. :eek:

    Says the guy who wants to fight a man with zero professional boxing matches. Why doesn't he call out Roberto Duran? I'd put it an even money fight if they scheduled it for 10 rounds, after all Duran is 66.

    He's too old at this point. It would've been a very interesting fight to see unfold 5 or 6 years ago.

    Why exactly is he a joke for making that statement?

    The only reason he was lineal champion at WW and JMW were because of his other-worldly talent. He walks around between 150-152 lbs. That's a Junior WW right there.

    In fact, speaking of JWW's, Crawford and Diaz were in the 160's last night. Floyd's never weighed that much on fight night.

    I just don't understand how people criticize this guy for not moving up to 160 lbs. He started at Super Featherweight and was the lineal champ in 4 of the 5 divisions he won titles in. What division did Gennady start at?

    How old is GGG? Not much age difference. Maybe Floyd is waiting as he did with Pac? LOL!

    Floyd can't even make 154 but you guys want him yup fight at 160? lol Khan and Brook could make 155 and 160.. GGG would have at least 20lb weight advantage.. It's ok though because we don't like Floyd or care about his health.. Her calls himself TBE, so he should do things his body can't handle to prove he is TBE, even though if he does he still wouldn't be TBE...:ohno

    Floyd would probably still want Manos de Piedra to make 154, you know, just to be on the safe side. :lol:
