    Floyd Mayweather Snr has swept into England with another swipe at Billy Graham, claiming Ricky Hatton has been "fighting on his own".
    The American has arrived in Manchester to begin working with the Mancunian ahead of the fight with Paulie Malignaggi.

    "I'm excited to be training Ricky and I'm excited to get the chance to see the place," he told Sky Sports News.

    "I'll be honest with you; I think Ricky has been fighting on his own. I don't see nothing smart, slick or clever that he's been doing. I'm just trying to say he could definitely be a much better fighter than he is.
    "From what I see, Ricky has been fighting on his own since day one. He doesn't throw combinations and he doesn't believe in that 'fancy-fancy' stuff.
    "It's not about fancy-fancy. It's about getting the job done and doing the right thing. I'm a colourful kind of guy and I do my thing better than anybody else."

    Has Floyd senior not been in prison ? How did he get a visa so easily ? When Tyson wanted to come over the lesbian brigade were out in force trying to stop him coming to UK.

    i know what you mean though, joan guzman etc...... had the same problems ( supposedly)

    Suppose so, but the protesting lesbians were all mingers and Tyson would not have touched them if they were last women on earth. They looked as if they had been beaten with branches from the ugly tree.

    Yes but he still would not have touched those lesbians cus they looked like fat east european shotput champions from the 1970s.

    I hope he teaches Ricky not to just walk forward in straight lines throwing routine hooks and then holding for 2 minutes.

    Please nbo one take my last post as a criticism of Hatton. That tactic has worked through his entire career and he has had decent fights but I would love to see him do something in his next fight that would make me think 'yep I want to see Hatton vs Pac/Cotto/Guzman'. I know he will not change his style but if he could perform half like the fighter he said he was in the build up to the Mayweather Jr fight then I would be happy. I have never been so disapointed in a fighter than I was with Hattons display in that fight.
