Mayweather Sr. and his son had a brief reunion during his training camp for the first De La Hoya fight, but it quickly soured. That was the last time he and his son spoke. "I spoke to my son one day and he acted like he didn't see me," he said. "All that's fine. People know how my son has treated me, how Floyd has treated his daddy." Mayweather Sr. said his son's attitude changed when he started to make big money. "Money drove him crazy. Anytime someone gets money and throws it up in the air, they're a damn fool," Mayweather Sr. said, referring to how his son sometimes throws wads of money to nightclub patrons. "You throw money in the air today, tomorrow you have none. I don't know who he thinks he is trying to impress. Everyone calls him a damn fool. He is a damn fool. If you want to give your money away you give it to your family. He has no brains at all and the people around him are too damn scared to tell him because they're afraid that if they do they won't get anymore."
:-( Sometimes? I feel a smidgen of sorrow for PBF because of SR, but it quickly fades. Money might have enabled PBF to be as crazy as he'd like to be. Yet, genetics and his upbringing ARE IN THE DRIVERS SEAT:good As for giving $$$$$ away? ITS CALLED PHILANTHROPY and Floyd should maybe try and do it in an organized and effective manner and maybe accomplish something thats good or right. His "Family"? Comes off GREEDY, ENVIOUS, AND FULL OF HATE. Which was undoubtedly there all the time:verysad SR + family should be able to do for themselves just like the majority of PEOPLE. BTW? Floyd should be able to throw $$$$$$ away or TO CHARITY, if he chooses, and not GO BROKE.:nono I mean he had to make at least 100 Mil to this point total, should be in the 120 range, a considerable sized estate to say the least. If PBF were to BLOW IT? He'd make MC Hammer look like Gary Coleman:rofl
no matter how you want to read it, throwing money around like that and at cameras etc. is real clown behaviour. It's boring and pathetic, does he think he's the only rich person around?
well its definitely something i dont see from other respectable richer people. But who cares, its his money... if he stays rich till his retirement days then good for him, if not, then no one else to blame...
Word. It's downright disgusting if you ask me. Here's some perspective: This content is protected Wanna mpress me, Floyd? Feed this kid.
Sorry mate, I don't mean to offend anyone, but this is reality. There are millions of people in this situation and anyone who throws money around should bear it mind. Personally, I find people who throw money around to be far more offensive than any picture of starving children. Again, if Floyd wants to impress us, why not make some positive changes to this f**cked up world. As for being disgusted, now you know how some of us feel when we see money being flashed in front of our faces. The fact that YOU are offended offends ME.
