How do you know he doesn't?

 

Actually, Floyd Mayweather donates to many charities, he just doesn't brag about it. I applaud him for not bragging about it as well as I feel donations like that should be kept private.

Floyd Sr. comes off as a father envious of his son's success. He has always tried to be in the limelight and take the credit for Floyd's success. Floyd Sr. wants money, nothing more, nothing less.

Maybe if Floyd Sr. would have been there as a father, instead of being a street thug and getting arrested for dealing drugs while his son was coming up in the amateurs, he would have a better relationship with his son today? That would certainly make more sense than his rants about his son "acting like he isn't there." Perhaps if Floyd Sr. actually earned some RESPECT as a father, he would get it.

A father that picks up his baby boy to shield himself from being shot is obviously a great guy and it's his son that has him all wrong.

 

It seems like both are to blame for their relationship being the way it is.

There's usually a lot of stuff behind closed doors that we do not know about.

Exactly, his father is just jealous. Mayweather has charities he donate too. If u look back at the Baldomir fight, he had on pink gloves for a reason. He was fundraising for women with cancer.

 

Floyd donates to charities all over Grand Rapids. He's a big time star and yet he comes to Grand Rapids every so often and helps out various neighborhoods and programs. HE could just forget this mid-sized midwestern town yet he comes back and reps where he comes from.

You people dont know ****. Floyd is a smart guy who knows how to earn money and keep earning it, he wont end up broke because he's invested and is looking to invest in other areas besides boxing. Giving out free money to people in night clubs is somehow wrong now?
